Coat’d has been formulated to take advantage of the weaknesses found in different pathogens.
This patented formula uses a combination of essential oils, metal ions and a cationic polymer to neutralise pathogens. These antimicrobial compounds are delivered through a polymer coating that tackles pathogens only when it’s needed. This helps to reduce the opportunity for antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

Each antimicrobial compound in Coat’d targets different parts of the pathogen.
They combine synergistically to attack each part of the pathogen with the most effective mechanism of action.
Once one part of the pathogen’s defence has been broken down, the antimicrobial compounds combine to attack a different part of the pathogen.
